Panasonic RZ-B100W

True Wireless EarBuds with Extra Bass System

With the RZ-B100W, Panasonic expands its True Wireless series and provides a more affordable EarBud version of the RZ-S500W and RZ-S300W. In terms of sound, we were particularly impressed by the RZ-S500W. Will Panasonic pull off the same coup with the RZ-B100W?

Panasonic RZ-S300W

True Wireless In-Ears with Ambient Sound Mode

The new RZ-S300W True Wireless in-ears are the smaller and cheaper "little brothers" of the RZ-S500W which we recently tested, however, among other things, they do not come with noise cancelling. So is the saving of fifty Euros worth it?

Panasonic RZ-S500W

True Wireless In-ears with Dual Hybrid Noise Cancelling

With the RZ-S500W, Panasonic enters into the market for True Wireless in-ears with noise cancelling, and they make the bold claim that their debut product in this field has market-leading noise cancellation built in. And at a price of under 180 Euros - we are...

Editor's recommendations: Panasonic

With the RZ-S500W, the manufacturer can justifiably celebrate a successful debut in the field of “True Wireless In-ears with Noise Cancelling”. Market-leading noise cancelling or not – simply put, they work very well and show the more expensive competition that headphones under 180 Euros can also make it to the top of the list. And if you like listening to electronic and modern music genres you will be pleased, because the RZ-S500W’s bass provides cosy warmth and puts in considerable energy. The mid and high frequencies are not as present as the low frequency range, but this can be adjusted using the equalizer if necessary. After all, the RZ-S500W aim to accompany you on all your travels and guarantee you long, fatigue-free listening pleasure – and they certainly achieve that!

If you’re looking for Bluetooth headphones with a wide range of uses that sound good, are comfortable to wear and have a long-lasting battery, you might find what you’re looking for in the RP-HD305B from Panasonic. In particular, both the bass booster and the voice amplification represent useful added value: with a push of a button you can add a punchy, bass-emphasized sound and audiobooks or movies benefit from increased speech intelligibility. As an alternative to a wireless connection, these all-rounder’s also cut a fine figure when wired up to a hi-fi system.

With the RZ-B100W, Panasonic shows that EarBuds can also sound full and rich. The Extra Bass System does its job well, making listening to modern pop and electronic music particularly enjoyable. Although these EarBuds are more timid in the mid-range and treble range, we still rate the overall sound as “good” in view of the price.

So, if you like fat bass, find in-ears too constricting and can do without comfort features such as noise-cancelling, transparency mode or app integration, you can get good true-wireless EarBuds which are extremely comfortable to wear, light and stable, for just under 80 Euros (RRP).
